Questions
Will my garment look different?
No. A studio shot keeps the photo of your actual garment and only changes the background and light. AI finishes are checked against your photo, and if one changes the item you get your photo as taken plus one free retry.
Can I use these photos on Vinted, Depop and eBay?
They're photos of your own item, sized for each marketplace. Marketplaces ask that photos show the real item and its condition, so keep any flaws visible and check each marketplace's photo rules.
What happens to my photos?
We use them only to make your images: they go to our AI processing partners, who remove the background and, if you choose a finish, redraw and check the garment. Signed-in users' finished images are kept for 30 days for History. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Do credits expire?
No. Your free images and any credits you buy later stay until you use them. One credit makes one image, and failed images are refunded.
